This property is amazing. They have the absolute BEST staff! I felt so welcomed and taken care of the entire time. The decor and facilities are fabulous--it has a fresh, hip vibe--and it is easy to get to anywhere from its location. There is a free airport shuttle at your disposal and the airport is only about 7 mins away. They even whatsapp and email you with an electronic check in ahead of time where you can complete the registration forms instead of wasting time at the reception, and you can prebook your airport shuttles in both directions. The rooms are comfortable and clean and they even had my room available a bit early when I arrived from my flight, not that having to wait in the lounge area, bar or pool would have been a problem. They also had luggage storage I used to be able to travel lighter for a short trip to another region. Lastly, the price is great for the level and quality of the stay. I enjoyed it so much, I booked 2 more stays and will always stay here when I am in Douala.

Rooms are very well laid out. My room this time (506) had a loose soap dispenser that came off the wall but I stuck it back up. Will probably come off again. I forgot to tell the staff in my hurry to catch the shuttle. The airport shuttle is wonderful, and the buffet is always good. This is my second stay. I needed a hotel in Casablanca for a one-night layover and booked the Onomo there also. It has matched the standard of Onomo Douala. Thank you management for bringing a consistent vision to your hotel chain. All staff are always friendly and helpful.

This is a good hotel in a good area with an attractive interior design, very clean and staff who are welcoming and helpful. The bed was very comfortable, breakfast was good. It does not take long to get to the airport from the hotel and they have a free airport shuttle. A place I will definitely look to stay in again next time I am in Douala.

Great breakfast - and room was very comfortable (price-value balance good!) really didn't expect much from the hotel, but this was a great choice :) Bar was also nice for a drink or two. Front desk. Efficient and kind! Location (near the airport) and the free airport shuttle was very convenient.

The hotel shuttle driver waited for me outside the airport for hours in the middle of the night after my luggage was lost and I had no internet to communicate about my delayed timing–total lifesaver! Staff also arranged for an early check-in on my return & overall the hotel was great.
